Less than 2 weeks after getting the rebounder, I started noticing the mat was starting to rip at the seams. (Note Balanu/Ancheer is made by Hosmat).Hosmat is an Amazon seller so you have to contact them. They are in China. I contacted Hosmat and aftter about a week and 4 or 5 emails, they offered to send a replacement mat. It took about 3 weeks to get the replacement. (shipping from China). Less than a week after I got the new mat and started using it, I again see the stitching starting to rip. I contacted them and asked for my money to be refunded. I again start from square one to explain the issue and sent more pictures. They suggest that they give me a $5 refund and that I should contact a tailor to fix the stitching. After about a week of e-mails telling them how ridiculous that this was and I gave them the opportunity to make this right or I would post an honest review on Amazon. They told me that "they were not worried about loosing customers due to my review". They offered to give me a 40% refund or my money back if returned it to their warehouse in California. I am in Ohio and I got tired of messing with them and took the 40% to get them out of my life. It is rated for 250-300# or so and I am no where near that weight. So buyer beware. Do yourself a favor and do not buy from this seller or a Balanu/Ancheer/Hosmat rebounder? Nothing but trouble and if the original mat and the replacement mat rips after 2 weeks each, I cannot honestly see how they are getting ratings for anything over a 1 rating. I have since bought a Leaps and Bounds rebounder and could not be happier. Avoid this one like the plague or COVID-19. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great but arrived with two springs unattached *by A***T on Reviewed in the United States on August 29, 2020* My three year old jumps on this for her gymnastics exercises and for play. It’s great for her and holds up well. But it arrived with two springs detached and they are impossible to put on with your bare hands.
