I found this in Amazon that had a discount that day and because of moving, I had a 10% discount; so I ordered thinking if I don’t like it, I can always gift it.It came in a box within a box, very well packed and within 2-3 bs days.After the electrical was installed w no problem by a professional, I organized the crystals by number on the table, put the gloves on (don’t skip this part or you will have noticeable fingerprints and clean then while hanged is a pain) and followed the instructions. The graphic steps have the 4 type of crystals (balls) installed first, then the 1-2-3 types that should be installed at the end.Better to start from the middle out or you will fear that the weight will weigh too much on one side.Installing the balls is tricky, the round (key ring type hook) is small and will force you to take at least one glove off. Many tries later, two chip nails and a lot of aaarrhs, I finally got the hang of it w one glove on and the other off.Then I proceeded to hang the outside crystals, these have a hook type that you pass thru an indent opening and then you have to bend the back so they don’t fall off.Again, start from the middle out.The sides become naturally “sideways” so you have to turn the metal hook to make it look flush.I had forgotten to buy the lights, someone recommended warm type of lights, so I have to wait 2 bs days for them to arrive.The finished product is beautiful!The crystals really shine and prism is shown.I’ve gotten a lot of compliments! But most importantly, I love it! You will too for the price! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Not the easiest to put up *by T***J on March 20, 2019* I really love the way this light looks in our loft area. The only issue I have is that it was a little difficult to put up. It has to be lined up just right and you really need 2 people. Other than that it's great! ### ⭐⭐ Missing Parts *by C***S on April 24, 2018* This is a beautiful fixture. The crystals are exquisite It came with 2 vital parts missing. The parts that hang 1 of the 4 wires. I wish I could have kept it and got the missing parts. The company should have triple checked the product. Now I have the extreme hassle of boxing it back up, returning it and looking for another.
