When I finally recieved it, it was covered in ripped plastic and scratched up really bad. It's bent to where you cannot zip it closed. And the other zipper is stuck. It does have a wet dog smell on the inside. I haven't used it yet and there is hair in it. ### ⭐ Defective item, doesn't work properly *by D***Y on March 22, 2019* I received the item about 3 weeks after I ordered it. The backpack looked fine at first glance, but when I tried to insert the white pad at the bottom it was not even CLOSE to fitting in the bottom. The backpack also doesn't not properly zip closed. It appears that I've received a defective item because the pictures other reviewers have posted look like the advertised product. I have requested a refund from the seller because I cannot use this product at all.
