The thermometer I ordered had a black indicator arrow, the one I received has a clear arrow with a red tip.  The temperature is very difficult to see between 84 and 96 degrees.  It's basically  useless  in the summer where I live.  The background picture is as shown and pretty.

The print on the busy background make the temperatures a bit difficult to read from a distance. In addition, it's cheaply made so we'll see how long it survives a Jersey winter!  It arrived with the face dirty - almost looking scratched up but I was able to get most of the debris (but not all)off the item and thought it was "close enough" to looking decent that I hung it outside.  I don't know yet how accurate the temps will be on the read out.  For all these reasons, I wouldn't buy this one again.

Colors not as vivid as pictured. I painted over the numbers with a brighter white and can now read it better. Cover plate not sealed so rain running down the inside makes it difficult to read.  Seems accurate. I put a thermometer I knew was correct next to it for a day to test it. All in all okay for the price. I love hummingbirds so had to have it.
