The ipad kept falling out when I opened that case. I checked Amazon and saw that this case fits around the ipad--and doesn't use magnets. Plus, the price was a lot less than the first case. I ordered the pink one and it came quickly and in perfect condition--included all parts that were promised. When I first put the ipad into the case, it fit snugly with no danger of slipping out. I've had it several months now and it still fits snugly. I don't have to worry that it will fall out when I open it. I followed the directions for charging and setting it up; the keyboard worked the first time. The keyboard has a power button so that it doesn't drain the ipad battery when it's stored. The size of the keyboard is just right--my hands are not cramped--at the same time, it's not large and bulky. The light pink color is great, and has a leather-like grain/texture on it, so it doesn't slip around in my hands. The clasp has a large size hook and loop tape which keeps the case closed quickly and securely.
