(DPD) Box was a bit flimsy but the contents were safe inside. Easy to assemble and find all the parts. Screws and all the small stuff came in a blister pack which I thought was excellent compared to the usual plastic bag. I am using it as a PC chair and its brilliant, so comfy. Positioning the chair and backrest give the best sitting support angle. When I need a rest, the recliner and footrest are magic and is more like a bed.
