I wanted something that could disappear when not in use rather than living permanently in the hallway. **First impressions** It arrives folded completely flat, which honestly surprised me — it’s only a few centimetres thick when stored. Once opened you push the base down and it “clicks” into shape. The plastic feels fairly sturdy and not brittle, and the handles are comfortable to hold even when full. **Capacity / real-world use** The 38L size is about right for one full washing machine load in our house. I’ve used it daily for: * carrying clothes upstairs * moving wet washing to the airer * collecting laundry from bedrooms It easily holds towels and bedding without bowing out.
