Since I have the Xioami Mi 9T Pro it can handle the full 27 watts that this thing can pull out. I'm giving it a 4 stars though because the cable that comes with it is too short and I bought a separate one that's 10 ft. I only used the in the box cable for transferring data from my PC to my phone. But other than that I have charged my phone to 10% all the way up to 100% and my phone didn't even get hot. Their not lying about the protection tect that they have in here. ### ⭐⭐ This charger has potential to be great but just fails in every single way. *by J***Y on Reviewed in the United States on May 1, 2020* I really liked this charger's reviews and hype and wanted to jump on it because it was the only quality QC 4.0 charger I saw on Amazon. So I ordered it and it comes with a nice and sturdy USB cable, which is the only good thing about it. The charger certainly charges my LG v60 but then stops, then starts again and then stops and then starts again. It does not stay on the fast charging mode at all. It has intermittent charging.I tend to troubleshoot these types of things and have two other chargers along with cables that can or should match the speed of this one. The stock charger of course does very well with this and I switched out the stock cable with the one from HuntKey and I had zero issues. I used that cable again on another charger, no issues. I used a stock cable from my stock charger on the Hunt Key charger and I still have the intermittent charging issues, same with another cable. All in all, I used 3 different cables with 3 different chargers. All 3 cables attached to the Hunt Key charger had the same issue, not true with any other wall charger.So here I go, time to return the defective one. The shipping turnaround was impressive and I got a new one in about 2-3 days. Alas, the same issues persisted and the same troubleshooting occurred. I wanted to love this charger and give it one more chance but I was just given the option for a full refund. I am highly disappointed in the quality of this product. The reason the product was not given a lower star rating is because the cable it comes with is actually really good quality. I am returning both and my only option was to get my money back. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Not what it seems... *by A***S on Reviewed in the United States on January 24, 2020* Given this chargers specifications, I had hoped it was going to be my magic bullet, jack of all trades, universal fast phone charger. Nope. But, its nice and heavy, feels like it's actually made of something. Heavy duty cord as well. Xiaomi Mi 9 (Android 10) shows twin lightning bolts and "Fast Charge" when connected. Ampere app indicates 4500mAh charge rate. Bought it because it says it is 27 watts, QC 4.0, and PD 3.0 compatible, however my phones built-in charger test says it is not usb_hvdcp compliant which is a QC 2.0 feature. Consequently it receives a "fail" result in the results column of the test app. After my purchase, I discovered this charger is NOT on Qualcomms list of official Quick Charge devices. Furthermore, a Xiaomi Mi 9 will indicate "Turbo Charge" if a correctly configured 27 watt charger is connected. This does not happen with this charger. Considering the fact that fast-charging can be harmful and/or dangerous with Lithium-Ion batteries if done incorrectly, I am kinda disappointed with this charger. It might work perfectly with other phones, but not mine. However, I will keep it for less critical uses.
