Dell is poor with their parts. But this company was great. The screw driver kit was a great suprise. I didnt realize it came with it. I have my own tools, however these actually fit way better than my kit! In the process of conditioning, and currently, it has 2 hours to go. Which is way longer than my original battery. The packaging was great and all is spot on. Will update when the battery gets put to proper use.EDIT; 6 MONTHS LATER LAPTOP IS NOT HOLDING MUCH OF A CHARGE, WENT BACK TO OLD BATTERY. Going through email to see for warranty claim. WIll update again. After reading the reviews and comparing prices, I decided to buy this one.For the first month or so, it seemed great. After that, it started having diminished charging capacity . Within 6 months, it gave about 5 minutes worth of use before needing to be plugged back in.
