I am not a big believer in supplements, because I think the body benefits from getting minerals and vitamins from real foods..... This product is different and more than a supplement. The results are immediate and noticeable. For about a year, my sleep was very poor. I often woke up in the middle of the night and I could not fall back to sleep. This product makes me sleep through the night with the most amazing dreams. When I wake up, I am refreshed and full of energy. With this product, I feel more grounded, centered, calm, and at peace, without making me feel drugged, subdued, or altered in any way. Just more the way I want to feel.
