However mine came a little smashed. desertcart seems that it is ok to send model kits in just a plastic bag, just like a car kit I just purchased and same thing, came smashed from not being shipped in a cardboard box. So you will take your chance on getting a damaged kit.

The model is a great model. Airfix has great detail and quality. However mine came a little smashed. Amazon seems that it is ok to send model kits in just a plastic bag, just like a car kit I just purchased and same thing, came smashed from not being shipped in a cardboard box. So you will take your chance on getting a damaged kit.
