A: Yes it is. It keeps perfect time and is the best wall clock I've ever had. Highly recommended.

**Q: I have changed the battery but the clock has not set itself. It is three hours out**
A: The clock should set itself to 1200, and reset to the correct time after 3to 12 minutes. If it fails to do so move the clock to a different place more likely to receive the radio signal and press the rec button. If that fails you can set the time manually by pressing them set button for 3 sec, hold the button for 1 sec advances 1 Minuit or hold for longer to keep advancing to the correct time releasing for 8 sec starts the time. If you have the instructions all is set out there!

To be honest, all I needed to do was to put the AA battery in and the clock did the rest. First, it sent the hour, minute and second hands all around until they were all pointing at 12 and then it began to search for the signal from Cumbria. That took about five minutes to receive and the clock then set itself to the correct time. It really was as easy as that. In appearance, the clock resembles the sort of timepiece that you would see on a railway station back in British Railway days, or something that would be on the wall of an institutional office. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Decent for the price with a tiny flaw

Easy to set up, insert battery, press the Receive button to initiate clock to accept a radio signal, the hands will perform a single 12 hour sweep, return back to 12 and then within 5 minutes the clock will set to the correct time. Fascinating to watch, it's like magic, you can't help but sit and watch it happen. The flaw, the clock movement i.e. the depth of the case, extends beyond the clock housing in the back of the clock so you cannot hang the clock flush against the wall, if you do the buttons are pressed against the wall and advances the minute. Probably not the most annoying thing in the world, but still a bad design. If I'd known this I probably wouldn't have bought this but a decent price for a 25cm clock. The clock is suitable for a large room (5m sq) with clear white face with black numerals. The second, does tick which might annoy some, but I wouldn't suggest hanging this in a quiet room, such as a study or bedroom.
