U will be able to use it on your legs, back of neck, arms, shoulders and feet. It will assist u as it will give you the reach u need with the handles on each end to pull the loofah from side to side which will help it cleanse, exfoliate and revitalise your skin. The set are in 3 different colours which means different members of the family can each have a separate one to use and they wont get mixed up as they are different colours, which is good for hygiene. The loofahs can be machine washed and dry fairly quickly once hung up. The handles on the end are useful to hang over the taps or shower head to dry without going smelly, so its ready to use the next time u wash.
