Developed in collaboration with Dr. Howard Dananberg, these insoles feature removable first ray plugs, allowing users to tailor the degree of support under the big toe area to suit their gait and structure. COMFORT MEETS CONTROL Tri-Planar Motion Control Technology helps stabilize foot movement across all three planes β€” frontal, transverse, and sagittal β€” supporting more natural motion with every step. A built-in Sorbon heel dot disperses shock impact when walking or standing, reducing strain across the lower foot. MOLDED TO FIT, READY TO PERFORM The insole is fully heat-moldable for a custom fit using a standard heat gun or even body heat over time. Its tri-compound build offers the right balance of cushioning and structure, while the vented forefoot and arch design promotes breathability in any footwear. MADE TO LAST, MADE FOR YOU With options like this Large size, it’s built to accommodate larger feet without sacrificing performance. The suede-like top finish helps improve wear comfort while minimizing odor retention β€” giving you a cleaner, longer-lasting insole for every step of the day. ## Features - CUSTOMIZABLE FIRST RAY SUPPORT: Features removable proximal and distal plugs to allow adjustable forefoot support, helping accommodate different foot mechanics and first ray motion - FULL-LENGTH COMFORT FOR EVERYDAY USE: Full-length design supports heel-to-toe alignment and fits a range of footwear profiles, including casual shoes, boots, and everyday styles, for consistent underfoot support - HEAT MOLDABLE FOR PERSONALIZED FIT: Custom-fit using heat to match the shape of the foot; supports rearfoot control, midfoot stability, and structured comfort during prolonged standing or walking - ENGINEERED FOR FOOT MOTION CONTROL: Tri-planar control design supports movement across frontal, transverse, and sagittal planes; developed to assist with stability, balance, and alignment - SHOCK-ABSORBING & LATEX-FREE DESIGN: Tri-compound construction includes a Sorbon heel insert for shock dispersion; latex-free materials designed for durability and everyday wear ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B007GBFMI6 | | Best Sellers Rank | #131,299 in Health & Household ( See Top 100 in Health & Household ) #1,104 in Shoe Insoles | | Date First Available | June 21, 2012 | | Department | unisex-adult | | Item Weight | 6.7 ounces | | Item model number | 66484 | | Manufacturer | Vionic | | Product Dimensions | 13.9 x 4.1 x 1.5 inches | ## Images ![Dananberg 1st Ray Orthotic Insole, Full-Length Shoe Insert, Medium - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71fhdL+W-7L.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Size** options. ## Frequently Bought Together - Vasyli+Dananberg 1st Ray Orthotic, Medium, 1st Ray Function, Removable Distal & Proximal Plugs, Full-Length Insole, Low Resistance to Joint, Heat Moldable, Rear Foot Control, Lasting Pain Relief - Vasyli+Dananberg 1st Ray Orthotic, Large, 1st Ray Function, Removable Distal & Proximal Plugs, Full-Length Insole, Low Resistance to Joint, Heat Moldable, Rear Foot Control, Lasting Pain Relief - Vasyli Custom Full Length Insoles, Blue, Medium, Heel Grid Reduces Slippage, Medium Density, Biomechanical Control, Effective Pain Relief, Treats Pronation, Built-In Rearfoot Varus Angle --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - πŸ›’ **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** β€” Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** β€” Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - πŸ’° **No Hidden Fees** β€” All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - πŸ”„ **15-Day Free Returns** β€” Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - πŸ”’ **Secure Payments** β€” Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** β€” Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.hr/products/12066177-dananberg-1st-ray-orthotic-insole-full-length-shoe-insert-medium](https://www.desertcart.hr/products/12066177-dananberg-1st-ray-orthotic-insole-full-length-shoe-insert-medium) --- *Product available on Desertcart Croatia* *Store origin: HR* *Last updated: 2026-10-09*
