**Q: Do these come with strand hooks?**
A: No, they do not come with the ladder.

**Q: Does this ladder come with the ground que bottom click step & the two bubble levels as shown & described in the video??**
A: This ladder has the side-to-side bubble levels to ensure the ladder is level before climbing, but it does not have the front-to-back bubble levels. This version does not come with a Ground Cue.

**Q: Will this ladder be well packed/protected to prevent damage as this is an expensive ladder purchase.**
A: Actually we had to return the first one due to a damaged bent rung. That one barely had 3’ of a box on the top end. The second delivery was much better and it had cardboard on both ends and was much better delivered.  The ladder is great. Delivery was by 2
People so it is an outside delivery company.

**Q: Why is 28 ft. Ladder cheaper than 24 ft.?**
A: Sorry, but that is a question for the company representative
