Not stationery, as it swivels, this wasn't the point of failure. I will say that I purchased the same unit to replace the broken one as I am impressed with the quality. Mine should have broken with the event that caused the failure. **Q: The phone is very difficult to get out of the holster any solutions** A: Flex the holster several times back away from the phone. By “bending” it repeatedly it will become more flexible. When removing the phone, push the holder away from the phone as you remove it;. **Q: is the belt clip removable?** A: The actual clip does not remove because it's attached to the second half of the protector. The clip does rotate though. The clip half slides on and protects the screen. I have owned more than a few otter boxes and this case is just as durable and IMO , the colors are more vibrant . I have been using it for a few months and have had ZERO problems whatsoever . The clip stand I use daily and is still tight and sturdy . The design is much better than others I have had . People have said that its hard to pull out of the sleeve . It takes just a slight push from the bottom , BUT that is how I like my phone to be held while on my hip . It stays on and doesn't wobble AT ALL . The clip is engineered like NO OTHER : it has little "levels " of design so it actually clips to different types of clothing !! It holds on your belt at the same time you can slide it in your shorts pocket and it isn't going ANYWHERE! Worth the price of admission by itself . It is designed to slide in with the screen facing IN . I love this fact . No more worrying about my screen getting scratched .For the price DO NOT hesitate . Its sharp in esthetics and strong in the grip . But I do love the look and, working in a shop, I am particularly hard on my phone cases so I'm sure it's a great product for people with less durability needs and I think it's a good enough package and price that I have bought it three times, even knowing that I have broken them rather quickly. It is easy to remove, the case itself seems relatively sturdy, but I snap through the belt clips rather quickly. Also, while the black edging makes it easier to line the screen protector on the screen, the edging is quite noticeable if you install it a fraction of a degree off center which can be aesthetically displeasing. However, when the next clip breaks, which I will do because I do it like clockwork, I will be purchasing this product again. It's has a sleek look, it is at a great price point and if I were rating this product with regards to my opinions of its cost efficacy, it would be a 5 star product. I am simply nitpicking little things I have noticed. The packaging is nice. So at the price point, 5 star product.
