Easy to adjust length without tools. I left the extra length inside the grip; no need to even cut. Wish the rope was a little heavier...I jump outside and when it's windy, the rope is too much affected by environment. Durability is to be determined, but due to the light weight, I have my concerns about it lasting very long.
