It is hard to believe the response I had when trying to establish what were the chances of getting a replacement brush. Basically it amounted to , 'We are new to selling vacuum cleaners, so we have no set up for spare parts'. All this is documented in the correspondence recorded by Amazon. Basically lose the brush at your peril, it detaches. Despite being new to vacuum cleaners they have the knowledge to say the brush is excellent. It will wear out and then what. ### ⭐ Cheap rubbish.
