It's so good that I wish they would bottle the scent and/or make a candle out of it. It's the dreamiest combination of lemon and sugar and the fresh, woodsy outdoors. A fragrance that's not in the least bit cloying or chemical/artificial. It's natural and clean yet unforgettable, and it's even better than that of the SG and the old CCC. While the scent of those two disappears soon upon application, the CG lingers faintly the next day, which is great especially since I don't shampoo daily. I only wish the scent would last longer, it's serious aromatherapy!I've used the CG only on air-drying my long hair, and it needs far less than of the Gelée for more shine, hold, and definition. Basically, the CG is a more concentrated version of the SG. True to its name, it has a creamy, pearly gel consistency. I cannot even imagine how glossy my hair would look if I used a hair dryer. I apply this to clean, wet hair from below the ears to the ends, nowhere near the scalp.No frizz, no crunch, no flakes.While I still love the Gelée, I hate having to repurchase it so frequently, given how much product is required each time. In comparison, the Crème Gel is a bargain.
