How to use the cake stencils?

Step One: Frost Your Cake

Step Two: Prepare the Stencils

Step Three: Place the Stencil on the Cake and Add Buttercream Frosting

Step Four: Remove the Stencil

Tips:

1. Chill the cake first so the buttercream sets, get a smooth finish & no color bleeding.

2. Make Royal icing to be thick enough, but thin and smooth enough.

3. Hold your stencil in place, lessen the chance of the stencil slipping

4. Be sure to apply the icing to all the holes on the stencil.

5. Allow the royal icing to dry for about 5 minutes before using the stencil on the uncovered portion of the cake. Be sure to start from the point where the previous stencil pattern ended.
