Review: Comfortable and helps. - I find this comfortable and feel that it has definitely improved the pain levels I had , not a miracle cure but a genuine improvement.
Review: Does the job but velcro fastening is terrible - The plus side is that yhis has helped a lot with my ITB problems. It's not a silver bullet but it definitely allows me to run further without any pain, than I was able to before. It's also very comfortable. The downside is the velcro fastening. It just doesn't fasten securely. I've lost track of the number of times the velcro has come undone and I've had to stop my run to retrieve the strap from the road. Never had this problem with any other ITB straps I've used.

The band is nice and light compared to others I have tried, and it seems to work, but due to the fact that it is finished really badly I have had to stop wearing it. Several of the edges are really sharp/rough, and it soon starts to rub. I have tried trimming parts of the material, but it's still not useable.
