A: The inseam is 4 inches.

**Q: how long is the inseam on these?**
A: On a Small, more like 2-3". If you need an actual 5" inseam, you might try a 7" short in small.

**Q: is this latex free?**
A: No latex

**Q: Does it have an actual waistband?  I bought Champion and there's no wasitband.**
A: It has a very nice 2 1/2 inch waistband. The actual elastic is a 1/2 inch band inside and goes around the top of the waistband so there is no constriction.

Was looking for true casual, run around shorts and these are it. Washed and air dryed for a while, eventually drying in dryer. They did not shrink alot but even so they have great stretch. Theyre not like the 80's lucrative theyre more like 80's 80 which i was looking for. My downside, im short 5'2" and a thick athletic 145 so the waistband almost comes to my breast. It holds where it needs to without being so tight that it's uncomfortable. I wish the waistband was a little shorter with a little more control but still great as is. I purchased an XL thinking they would shrink but they didn't shrink alot. Maybe a very small amount. Again I wash in cold and air dry.
