In regards of The Man with No Name trilogy, all 3 movies are very good but in my view For A Dollars More is my favourite as it's a better sequel to A Fistful of Dollars (1964), although this first movie is very good, Leone's remake of Akira Kurosawa's Yojombo was un makeable but Leone pulled it off. For A Few Dollars More has more shootouts and has a crazy, scary & brutal character in Indigo! I love The Good, The Bad & The UGLY but it's not as great as the first 2 movies because it goes into a War movie and the film looses direction from a Epic Western, the Director's cut of The Good, The BAD & The Ugly slows the film down like Apocalypse Now re dux as in various parts of this version it's not Clint Eastwood, Lee van clef & Ell Wallach speaking it's other actors mimicking them, other than this a hilarious performance from Wallach AS Tuco The rat and some pretty good shootouts including the shootout at the graveyard makes up for it.Now coming to Once Upon a Time in The West, in my view here is a masterpiece and is better than The Man with No Name trilogy, this movie is just awesome and blows the Dollars trilogy out of the water as it's a more rich and intelligent Epic Western and is Sergio Leone's best Western! Fantastic story and great cast from performances from Henry Fonda and Charles Bronson AND OTHERS, ALSO THE FILM HAS SOME SCENES OF SHOCKING VIOLENCE which makes it a truly great movieSergio Leone's last Western in this collection is A Fistful of Dynamite - more of a ACTION comedy THAN a Western, however now is regarded as a Cult favourite by many, there's not much plot here as James Co Burn and Rod Steiger team up and the body count rises. The result is a fun and entertaining movie but not great!My rating of all 5 discs in regards of quality in A/V goes from good to horrible and because of this I have only given Sergio Leone Westerns 3 stars here.Their are only 2 great discs in this collection which I can say have very good picture quality and great sound quality, these are A Fistful of Dollars (1964) & The Good, The Bad & The Ugly - original version, the other 3 discs are terrible in terms of A/V. For a Few Dollars more has poor sound and most of the film is quiet especially the shootouts, Even though it has 2 DTS HD formats it sounds very quiet and flat it feels more like the old DD5.1 tracks of DVD to me. The worst disc in this collection is Once Upon a TIME in The West, the audio is near silence even on the DTS HD track you have to really turn up the volume to hear the dialogue but you will go deaf, on a disc like this this should be better and the audio should be balanced like The Good, The Bad & The Ugly.A Fistful of Dynamite is poor as well!Picture quality is as good as it's going to get as the first 3 movies are Re-mastered BUT THE NEXT 2 MOVIES ARE NOT, I don't know why 2 movies would not be of the same quality as the other 3All in all KL have given us a fine set of some of the finest Westerns ever made by Sergio Leone, 3 very good, 1 Masterpiece and 1 cult favourite, make up this set, A/V is good on some discs on others the A/V quality needs a lot of work being done on 3 of the discs as their not re-mastered! All previous extras are included here on alldiscs, I would just like to see a definitive set of all Leone's Westerns cleaned up, Sound balanced correctly and some new extras, I'm sure Arrow or Criterion can do something. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A bluray set of Spaghetti Western Masterpieces!🍝🤠 *by W***F on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on June 1, 2021* Sergio Leone owned the Spaghetti Western genre. Others followed but were never on the same level. Lot of reviews crying about GB&U not having the lame extended cut. I don't like that version, never have, and never will. The voices don't match because Eastwood and Wallach were waaaayyy older when they redubbed those old scenes. Lee Van Cleef was long dead so they couldn't use his actual voice. The added scenes don't bring much and are a distraction. So...this set is perfect, the films are timeless. Kino did an excellent job of putting this set together.
