I have been on keto for 8 months and they taste way to sweet for my liking. I wish I had read the product information before hand as they contain slightly more carbs than fats? I also cannot taste any coffee. I have mixed them with an espresso to make them drinkable as they cost over £20 for 12 sachets. I will not be buying anymore. There is no shortcut to keto.
