The product itself works, just like any other 35% solution (most of which are much more expensive). I have regular trays (not the light activated ones), used this for 10 minutes the first time, and saw significant improvement! I generally use 35% solution for 3-4 days consecutively, then I'm good for at least a month or 2. I've done 2 treatments and still have about 25-30% of a syringe left, so a little goes a long way. My complaint is in the packaging. The only thing telling you what this product is is a sticker on the box. The syringes aren't labeled, there isn't an "ingredient list" type of thing inside the box. This doesn't really inspire confidence in the product. The instruction sheet provided is only for a light activated tray, so I had to do some additional research to make sure this would work in regular trays. Finally, the syringes don't move really smooth. You need to use a little pressure, and then Splat! A whole blob comes out at once. Luckily, they include a tiny brush, which I then used to spread the blob around the tray, and transfer some over to the other tray. This has happened both times.
