A great alternative to a rucksack. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Practical but fairly big/chunky *by A***N on 25 July 2021* I have been searching for a suitable bum bag which is good quality and practical. I have a health condition which means I have at times been really wobbly on my pins, so I figured having a bum bag for home use, to carry my phone etc with me, while freeing my hands up for stability ( walls crutches etc) would be helpful. I wanted to also be able to use the bum bag while out and about as I’m finding my cross over bag uncomfortable, I like to carry quite a few things with me when out, such as headphones, charger case, cables, battery packs etc. I think the original idea of the bum bag for me had been for it to have less capacity than my hand bag. But then I got a bit carried away with what I needed to take when out and about so I was drawn to the idea of multiple pockets and a water bottle holder. I originally ordered a different brand of bag and if I’m honest I preferred that one as the pocket hight was lower/smaller but the waist strap was far too big, I’m a size 8/10 but I like to wear the bag on my waist and the other strap was too long. This brand certainly fits better round the waist but I think the pockets are too tall as I say I’m a size 8/10 and 160 Cm so I feel a bit swamped by the over all size of the bag. I haven’t decided if I’m going to return the bag yet as I can see it certainly has it’s uses basically you can get your whole handbag in there, which may or may not be a good thing. I think if you are a bigger person ( taller or wider) you may feel less swamped by the size of the bag. The quality, practically and over all build are plenty good enough if not more so, I especially like the padded and breathable parts of the belt as they feel like they give you added security and comfort.
