My son suffers from asthma and allergies so I decided to try it. After several days of using this machine I noted that he is coughing a lot less. My brother bought a similar machine But paid over $250 for it. This one does the job and doesn't even take up any space. It sits on his computer table. We had read that its important to have a dehumidifier in a camper if you want it to last a long time and stay mold free. We purchased one and its great. I had to read the instructions to figure out how to turn it on (hold the power button until it turns on) but other than that its great. 5 days later we purchased a second one for the other end of the camper. I know this one says its will do a little over 300 sqft but I don't want to take a chance of moisture getting into the walls. Now we have one that stays in our bedroom which is at one end of the camper and one in the living room at the other end of the camper. On average, we have around a 1/4 cup of water taken out of the air per day. There is no way I would have a camper with out this item.
