Additionally some of the letter balloons hardly resemble the letters indicated (particularly the B, among others) and due to the low quality, blowing them up fully isn't an option unless you want them to pop.I should also add that while I don't particularly care about gender colors, sending pink ribbons to hang balloons for a package branded as "for men" is strange for a color scheme as it doesn't match silver/black/blue. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great decorating kit than can be used without helium. *by F***S on Reviewed in the United States on July 28, 2020* The 21st birthday decorating kit had everything needed. The 40 inch numbers were great. It's also impressive the quality and quantity of balloons you get. The only problem was one of the letter A's did not have the valve. Had to cut a small hole, insert straw, blow air in, tape the hole closed. Worked well enough but I took one star away for the defect. So I thought this would be the same. It however, did not come with any type of hand pump or anything to blow up the larger balloons. So we couldn't even use them for the party as I didnt have time to get something else.
