Review: Really impressed! - I took a bit of a punt on this roof bag as it looked the best out of all of them on desertcart. I’ve got a Ford Focus with fixed rails (without gaps in) and roof bars on top. I was unsure from the pictures whether I was going to be able to balance the bag on top of the bars or maybe have to use some hardboard inside it to add some rigidity. The pictures of the bag make it appear to have some kind of rigid box shape - this is not the case, it’s a material bag and only really has that shape if you filled it with a rectangular box. When I received the bag I was really impressed. Its a good size with really strong feeling material and zip. Mine had 3 straps down each length unlike the picture which had 2. I found that I could place it sideways across the roof and it would hold on perfectly to my roof bars. I bought some extra ratchet straps just to be super confident that it wasn’t going to move and a rubber mat to protect my roof. Took on a camping trip and it was great! Have no issues with it at all, although like other reviews have mentioned I wouldn’t put much faith in the carry handles on the ends. Hope the pictures give people a little more confidence in deciding to buy or not.
Review: Well built - At first I was skeptical about the material used for this roof cargo bag, however, I decided to take a punt after seeing desertcart reviews. The bag is very strong and can hold a lot of cargo, it is waterproof so you don't need to worry about getting items wet. The clips are strong and I have no worries when driving. Would recommend.
