Unless you can hold the unit with one hand while connecting the wires with the other hand, you will either need a scaffold to hold it up or someone else who does not mind holding it up while you fumble with the wiring. The screws holding the face plate to the junction box frame are so short they are almost non-existent [I had to 'rig' it to get it to stay in place].
