**Q: Is it 12oz per rack, or do you get a few uses out of the bag?**
A: 1 bag is for 8 slabs.  When you mix with 5 1/2 cups of apple juice (or such), each slab gets 3/4 cup of mixture.

Wow butter than I expected..This has a real good flavor and I just ordered more ..Sweet honey n butter with a little bit of spices .This is dehydrated goodness..This is good stuff on sweet potatoes grilled wedges..Tasted good straight so,I mixed it back in with the pulled pork rujus(the middle liquid layer no fat ) and some bbq sauce very good.This is a good starter too a custom rub.Should work very well when wrapping ribs 3-2-1 method.A med. ground blend some balling sifts easy.
