Very good recovery cylinder. It’s well made and very solid, it doesn’t handle like the cheaper manufactured ones. This was a good buy for me at $99.00. Plus, I like to play it safe and I definitely did not want to compromise buying a lower grade with the possibility of a tank blowing up in my face. I feel safe and most certainly happy with this purchase.

The tank came as promised. It looks good and should do the job. My tank has a water capacity (W.C.) of 26.1 lb. Times 80% and the capacity is 20.88 lbs of refrigerant holding capacity. I see that some reviews worry about the tank exploding, but the valve comes with a safety just like all DOT approved cylinders. That safety will pop long before the tank fails. All in all it is a quality tank for a smoking good price. Just don't overfill it.

I must say this was a great buy. It works perfectly for my budget refrigerant recovery. I did run a vacuum on the tank prior to use with no issues. I also have no leaks in my tank. Recovered about 2 pounds so far and its been sitting. Still has 2 pounds in it. Its easier to use than some other tanks.

Purchased, purged the nitrogen and vacuumed it down. Closed valves and retested. Held vacuum. Used to recover R-22 from my heat pump for repairs. Did not lose any weight over two weeks. Was able to remove all but 4oz of refrigerant and recharge. Great value.

Nine tank, but took a long time to get. Valves didn't come with caps on them, so debris can get in them unless you put your own caps on them. For what I had to pay for this I would have thought the company would have at least put plastic caps on it. Paint job wasn't the best either 😕.

The knobs, valves, and tank are all very sturdy. It works exactly as it should - when I recovered R32 and charged my system.

Update July 2024 - Still Held my Freon no Leaks. I had to add some and it was perfect. This one really works unless the POS sold on here. I bought this 2 years ago and still going. I though someone might find this useful. Please use a drier filer on any reclaiming of refrigerant I'm happy ... no leaks unlike the others. This one has the markings etched in at the top which made me feel safer. Nothing like evacuating at high pressure on a roasting hot day and guessing is today the day I get shrapnell. either way it works just use a filter drier. I use appion g5 Refrigerant Recovery Machine with the filter before and after when I put it back in my system so even if junk was at the bottom of the tank you would know better then to pump it straight back in the line sets. Good tank and don't mix refrigerants

Here is the picture of the label on the tank and the stamp specs on the top of the tank additional info the 2 threaded fitting on top of the tank are not automotive R134A compatible you have to buy a adapter to fit automotive style hoses

Good build quality. Though watch out for a torn or missing protective mesh that a new cylinder arrives with. I won't buy any other more expensive cylinder since this does the job perfectly. Used it for R22 recovery.

Worked well for what I used it for. Good quality and still working well.

Great price...great tank...does what it is intended for ....at less than half the cost of big brand tanks.
