Thankfully, that wasn't the case and was able to receive my roses on time for the project I needed to do. That's the end of the weird part.The Good Thing(s):They smelled fresh. They looked to be carefully packaged but some of them did come a bit squished.The Bad Thing(s):Of the 96 roses, only 12 came out to be really bad to use. They were pretty messed up and wilted. Some of the roses were dead.Overall I was pretty satisfied with the roses. They do come in with their leaves and thorns but that wasn't a big issue because it allowed me to cut the stems to specific lengths. I'm not entirely sure how long long-stems should be, but, these weren't all that long.Quick Tip:If you do receive them and are not going to use them for a surprise, go ahead and take them out and put the roses in water.
