Thankfully hi-oleic sunflower oil features a completely different molecular structure to typical sunflower oil and is naturally low in omega-6 polyunsaturated fats. I was hesitant but thought I'd give this mayo a try and I'm so glad I did! The taste is superb, it's definitely keto and the lime is superb. Gives a real zip to salads and burgers. Yummy, yummy! Highly recommend!
