The back on this is cut out, so your sweat has somewhere to dissipate. It makes it a bit more of a challenge putting it on, but it is worth it. If a breeze is coming from behind you, which is helpful when welding, it is quite comfortable. I think it is well constructed, and offers full-frontal protections (including neck). I wear a 3x in most coats and clothing. Sleeve length is often a problem. This didn't offer up any surprises.
