It is not warm and does not seem to be impacted by the power draw. **Q: Should PDUs be connected only to computer equipment? What about home appliances?** A: It is possible, but this PDU is designed to be rack mountable so unless you have a server rack next to your home appliances I am not sure why would you want to use this one.
