I have been using since 12/13 and it has tremendously helped my dog. Some background info: my dog is on the downslope of middle age, He is a healthy weight 65lb pit/am bulldog mix, highly sensitive to all dog food with grain, severe seasonal allergies and skin allergies, and refuses the soft gels available at local pet stores whether given or cracked open. He regularly gets yeast infections on his paws, UTIs, skin rashes, and loose stool. This salmon oil was step 3 of our elimination diet reintroduction. We had stopped using all the products recommended by our previous vet(s) and with the guidance of our new vet, started him on a new food, Halo Spots Grain Free Surf n turf. After the intro period with no reactions and the clearing up of several skin issues, we started cleaning his paws 3x weekly with apple cider vinegar as well as adding some to his daily water to help with the reoccurring UTIs. That helped his yeast infections that were still present but not as bad as previously. But he still was getting infrequent UTIs and had mild dry, itchy skin, and achy muscles. Then we started using the salmon oil. Within a week is coat was glossy and itch free! He was having an easier time going up and down the stairs and his urine was becoming clearer with no mini mt dew accidents.
