There's definitely a feel to well designed and manufactured items. So I would say if you're going to be constantly using them, you might want to reconsider. However, for the amateur home baker who uses these maybe like 5 times a year for cookies, this serves my needs. Cookies came out great and even and that's all you can really ask for.
