Now I have not heard of Leynatic as a company or brand before but guess they are a Chinese company. That is not necessarily a bad thing because most things either come from or are made in Asia.The torch arrived the next day (thanks to Amazon FBA) and I had the torch in my hands. It arrived in a generic cardboard box with a single white label on it which details the contents.Inside the box is the torch, the charger and 2 batteries.Now the first thing I noticed about the torch was its size, it’s a lot bigger than I was expecting!It measures 5 inches long when closed and a little over 6 inches when fully open and at 1 ½ inches wide and 236 grams with one of the batteries in it is quite heavy and bulky. It does however sit well in my work kit and so far has been quite handy to have at hand.The charger is really light and I don’t know what the internals are like, the description quotes some overcharge protection but I haven’t tested that yet. The batteries come with some charge in them so you can use the torch straight away. Both batteries can also be charged at the same time.The torch has 5 modes, High, Medium, Low, Strobe and SOS. These are all selected by pressing the on/off button lightly to switch between them.I am impressed with the quality of the torch for the price. This isn’t like the crappy LED torches you get in Wilko or similar stores. This torch has a single high powered LED which is surrounded by a heatsink so it is of good quality and puts out some decent light.Overall I am impressed with the torch and would recommend it to someone looking for a rechargeable LED torch which won’t break the bank.NOTE: I received the torch at a discount in replacement for an honest review.
