I have beautiful trim I didn't want to cover so I needed something that was inside mount. I also have a glass door that I needed outside mount for. First, I tried out cheap roll up bamboo blinds from Big Lots but they looked cheap and didn't last long. I debated making my own roman shades, then finally (after four years) broke down and bought these. They were a little more than I wanted to spend but absolutely worth it, and much cheaper than other cordless roman shades on the market. They instantly make the room look cozy and are ridiculously easy to install regardless of which way you mount them. I still need to buy two more to finish off my living room/kitchen, but of the four I've already purchased there were no issues at all. I don't use them for privacy and didn't really want them to block any light, though I would say they block about 1/4 of it. That's a slight negative for me, but I realize it's not for most people. I also have to add I don't plan to raise/lower these often, they will be getting light use. Overall I really couldn't be more happy! :) ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Beautiful shades!! I am, thus far, very pleased with these. They are exactly what I wanted for our rustic/outdoor themed bedroom. They are a tad 'see through', meaning, they do let some light through, but that's what I wanted. As far as someone being able to see you through them, that doesn't happen. They look to be very high quality as well. I would for sure buy these again, and recommend to others for purchase. I'm considering ordering these for my living room as well!
