They burned through in 40 minutes, in the midst of a ritual this past Halloween. They're exactly what I wanted. EXCEPT for one problem. The base seems to be a little smaller than the standard size advertised. Not by much, so they still work, but when I use them in my candle holders, I have to dribble some wax into the base to "glue" them into place lest they wobble or tip over.
