When I called Amazon to try and get a replacement glass shade I was told that was not an option. I was told my only option is to return it and get my money back or I can get a discounted refund of $25 for the inconvenience. This is unacceptable! I got two defected lights. I hired an electrician and when he came and prior to installing he said on BOTH of the lights I received, a wire was missing from one side.
