Easy to fit and is an excellent product, the hose is slightly stiff but works very well, it is quite large the head. ### ⭐ 1.0 out of 5 stars UPDATED - on my 2nd one now and there is a consistent fault with the toggle buttons. *by C***L on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 22 August 2019* The swivel and point flex is great but now I have had this a couple of weeks the touch button toggle/switching between modes has failed and I can no longer select the stream of water setting. It was great when it was working but is now stuck on the spray only function.It also leaked quite badly initially at the tap end and a little at the nozzle end. Others mentioned the fitting is not tight enough on a standard 22mm tap and this was certainly my experience. However a couple of attempts with plumbers ptfe tape and all is fine BUT this really should not be necessary and the product does need improvement.Originally I awarded 4 stars but have now had to downgrade to 1 star and return the faulty item (no problem via Amazon thankfully). I might re-order on the hope I just got a faulty one as when working and connected properly it is a really nifty addition to my sink.UPDATE: I did reorder a replacement and after about 10 days the same fault happened again (i.e. can no longer toggle between spray and stream settings). I have taken the unit apart and there is no obvious reason why this happens and indeed I can change the water stream setting by doing this (but on re-assembly the buttons still don't work). I do have a boiling water tap which delivers water at about 98 degrees so maybe this unit can't cope with that. If so this is a design fault and the spec should mention it. However I don't think it is unreasonable to expect a kitchen sink appliance to cope with very hot water.I do like the spray function and flexi-hose very much so I may just keep it and put up with the fact it won't switch between modes.
