I was hoping the anti-inflammatory properties would also help reduce my ankylosing spondylitis inflammation and I do feel a marked difference (though that's not curable). Been using about 4 months, hoping my skin tone will even out a bit (like some other reviewers suggest) as even more of a bonus ;) Odd quantity amount in the bottle is a bit frustrating, though.

I’ve tried cheaper brands that were made in the UK. They worked well; completely changed my skin. I saw these, and although they are more expensive than the other brand I was using, they are made in Hawaii. They work just as well if not better. I think the quality is better. You just get less for your money. I prefer to buy US made products and these work! Less fine lines, clearer skin with just 1 pill a day. I take one at night with a tablespoon of olive oil.
