Although it can't keep tea or coffee fully hot after 4/5 hours contrary to the claim of about 18 hours by Borosil, it's other features like cuteness, colour, sturdy body etc compensate it. One customer complained in his review that the pour spout doesn't open easily when you press it. I think it is because of formation of pressure inside due to hot liquid and slight mouth opening will solve this problem by releasing the extra pressure. The country of origin of the product is PR China, as mentioned in the box with month/year of import is March, 2020 by Borosil Ltd, Mumbai, India. This was not available in the product description in Amazon or I overlooked it.
