A: possibly with a spacer but this is not a spacer.

with it. no other mask can be used or is available anywhere

A: I don't put it in my pocket. I bought it for my dad.  I am a physician
It's  a great device, it helps patients use inhaler more efficiently.
If I need to carry it around, I would like to put it into a bag.
