The lining of the bag is somewhat annoying as it does not stay put very well.I thought about sending it back, but decided it was too much trouble and maybe I can make it work.UPDATE:This purse is awful. I changed my rating to 1 star because I am so tired of fighting the lining of this purse. Every time you try to get something out or put something in the lining slips, bunches, or comes out. I tried to modify the lining to keep it in place, but that was useless. Now I cannot return it, which I should have done in the beginning. Quality construction and sturdy metal zippers for those outside pockets plus two magnetic snaps for the smaller pockets. Inside lining appears durable and soft. I would definitely recommend it if you want a large "organizing" pocketbook.I must confess I am a bit confused with the design of the double straps. I think the handbag would be better with just one strap that is completely adjustable. Also, I purchased the tan but it appears darker than pictured and more of a khaki color than tan.
