Sense I purchased this I have been walking over 5000 steps everyday on top of the steps I take from work. It works amazing and forces you to apply more pressure with each step than most of these steppers so you are getting more of a workout. I would highly recommend this product, the only reason it didn't get 5 star is because this offers a specialist to come install it for you however mine came completely built. DO NOT PURCHASE THE SPECIALIST INSTALLATION. But I just want it for movement so it doesn't bother me.The biggest issue is that it squeaks when I use it, and pretty loudly.
