All of them started to ooze, bleed and hurt within 40 hours. However, within 12 hours of taking them out and putting the Neometal Titanium earrings back in my ears they were fine and healed right up like nothing happened. These are definitely NOT titanium hoops. I'm so glad I was able to return all 2 dozen that I bought (silver & gold color) and get my money back. Ill never do that again. Ill stick with Neometal and Anatometal for now on. Very disappointed as the product states it is nickel free and G23 titanium which I have other jewelry products made of this from other suppliers that do not cause any issues. I have severe nickel allergies so that is usually the reason for my body rejecting jewelry. I returned and ordered the 6mm 20g. The 6mm is a little small so I will opt for the 8mm next time.
