This is an obvious oldest stock out first. Now for the item review. If I could give this product a 10star review, I would. This item is an amazing piece of (dare I say) technology. The way it works is pure β€˜witchcraft’. It sticks to the wound but doesn’t….!! It forms anti-microbial layer between the wound and dressing, allowing all the β€˜gunk’ to pass through the fibres without damaging the item. It can be left in place for anything from 7-14 days.
